Mr. Ahmad Damaghani, Vice Chairman of the Board and CEO of “Mahtab Motor,” has solidified the organization’s position in sustainable growth, product development, and quality enhancement, leveraging over 12 years of management and executive experience. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA), which blend technical knowledge with strategic skills for effective management decisions.

Currently, Mr. Damaghani holds the position of CEO and provides strategic leadership as the Vice Chairman of the Board. In this capacity, the implementation and establishment of an Integrated Management System (IMS) have been key focal points of his activities, aimed at standardizing processes, increasing productivity, managing risks, and ensuring continuous improvement.

Alongside his operational approach, he consistently prioritizes an innovative perspective on development. He has been actively engaged in specialized and managerial fields such as Quality Control, Value Engineering and Transformation, and Reverse Engineering.

Furthermore, his selection in 2019 (1398 Solar Hijri) as the “Top Young Individual of Bandar-e Gaz County” at the Elite Introduction Festival is a testament to his continuous efforts and impactful contributions in management and organizational development.
